Jim Wells County is considering applying to the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) for the 2022 Colonia Construction Fund Services of the Texas Community Development Block Grant Program.  Accordingly, Jim Wells County is seeking to contract with a qualified construction/planning consultant to assist in applying and, if funded, in fulfilling contractual compliance with TDA.   Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on May 25th, 2022, to be considered. The County reserves the right to negotiate with any and all firms or consultants that submit proposals as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act.
